9 Best ways To get rid of your stress

Stress is the main reason for many health-related problems. Stress management is much required in today's time than ever before. All this uncertainty going around can cause much more stress than before. Managing stress is the key to a joyful life and managing the stress can also help the mind to work at its peak. In my today’s blog, I am sharing with you the 9 steps that I have used which gave me great benefit in managing stress effectively.

1: Change or add something new and exciting to your life. Because sometimes adding something new and exciting in your life can bring new joy in life. When you add something new that you like in your life then you start to feel the joy of doing that thing and when there is joy then there is no anxiety. Because anxiety and joy are two completely different emotions.

2: Sometimes people get stress by putting the focus on the regrets of the past and worry about the future. The golden rule to deal with this situation is to have this belief that the past is past, and it can only provide you lessons. Once you learned the lessons from the past then it is important to move on with those learned lessons in mind. The worry about the future mostly causes stress and can be dealt with by having this realization that the future did not come yet but because of the future’s fear, you are ruining your present moment.

3: To change the stress, anxiety, disappointment you need to change your physiology rapidly whenever you get into a state of anxiety. Physiology means to change the way you use your body. So next time whenever you get into a state of anxiety get up, put a big smile on your face, and stand in a way as if you are very happy then say yourself “I am very very happy today and I feel happiness in my body”.

4: Write down the thought on a paper that is bothering you because as long as that thought is in your mind it will keep bothering you. Once you have written that thought on a piece of paper read that thought 3 times each time you read that thought say to yourself “This thought is stupid and I do not believe this thought so I release this thought from my mind now”. Once you said that burn that paper in which you have written that thought which was bothering you.

5: Meditate daily for at least 2 minutes a day. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Focus on the inhalation and exhalation of the breathing. Whenever any thought enters your mind don’t be judgmental about the thought and do not label the thought as good or bad thought just observe it. Once you observed the thought simply bring back your focus on your breathing. This meditation is a special meditation that will help your mind to be one-pointed and make it to let go easily. Your mind will get into the habit over time of letting go of the things that bring anxiety in your life as well.
